Vistaprint photo book a photo story review!

A while ago I was asked if I would like to review a photo book from vistaprint, I was told I'd be given £100 to spend on a book of my photos. Me and Mr m&ttt spent quite a while looking through our family photos and decided we'd put together a photo book of our 2011 holiday to benidorm.

1st of all we chose the extra large size book with personalised cover
Then we decided on the glossy paper

And then we decided on 32 photos to be included some pages had 2 photos on

Others had one large photo

Next we chose the background theme there were several nice ones to choose from but we decided that for our book the beach theme would be best, and as you can see they really compliment the photos.

The quality of the photos is amazing, my iPhone camera doesn't really do all the pictures justice.

Then we chose a picture for the back cover, you can also use the front picture as a wrap around on the front and back cover.
There was the opportunity to add words to the pages but we felt that in our own opinion we preferred it with no captions, but obviously this is to personal choice.

The ordering process was really easy, and the website was really easy to navigate through, and quite foolproof.

If you would like to create a book of your own memories for yourself, or as a gift for a loved one, this is the perfect way. This would make a lovely gift for family who live in another part of the country, or even another country.
The vistaprint photo book can be purchased here http://www.vistaprint.co.uk

I was given £100 to spend on a photobook at vistaprint.co.uk for the purpose of this review, however as always on Me and the tiny 3 the views and opinions contained in this review are honest and my own.

Personalised Its your story Jackson & Daddy's Zoo Adventure Book review

When I was asked if I would like to review a personalised book from It's Your Story I jumped at the chance as the tiny 3 love books and I knew how excited they would be if a book was written about them.
I was asked to provide a photo of Daddy, child's name, the 1st line of our address, the town we live in, the childs favourite meal, 2 friends names (I used TP & LA)JR's age, Daddy's age, what the child calls the adult (ie dad, daddy, dadda), Daddy's favourite food & favourite colour. I was also asked for a message for the 1st page of the book and who it was from.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the book but when it arrived it surpassed any expectations I may have had. Daddy's photo is on the front cover and also every page with a cartoon body, it made the boys smile the widest smile they could do.
On the back cover is a book synopsis which is also personalised.

The child's name is mentioned 11 times throughout the story and 3 times in the synopsis. The story itself is very entertaining and each page asks the child to do an activity such as roar like a lion.
Or count the crocodiles teeth.

The producers of this book 'it's your story' also include the name of the child's local zoo, this was an unexpected surprise.
The inside back cover is a did you know page with facts about both Daddy and various animals.

The book is 24 pages long and is of very good quality
We were sent the large size book, this is a very good size as all of the tiny 3 were able to see the book whilst Daddy was reading it to them.
Both Mr M&TTT & The tiny 3 loved being able to share this story about themselves and their adventures at the zoo. It also has brought the magic back to bedtime, in fact any reading time as the boys now ask daddy to read THEIR SPECIAL STORY.
The book is brilliantly written by Holly Wright and entertainingly illustrated by Anna Horton.
It is available in 3 sizes
Small(A5) - £12.50
Medium - £17.50
Large(A4)- £19.99
Personally whilst I wouldn't normally spend this amount of money on a book I would willing pay it for this one, it is so beautifully written and illustrated plus they seem to have taken into account everything a child would want in a personalised story.
It would also make a fantastic Father's day present for any Dad, Grandad, Stepfather, Godfather or in fact any male figure that plays an important part in your child's life. Mr M&ttt stated he would have loved to have received this as a fathers day gift.
The last ordering date for fathers day is 10th June 2013
This book is available to purchase here

I was sent this book free of charge for the purposes of this review, however as always on Me and the Tiny Three the views and opinions contained in this review are honest and my own.

St George's Day Celebrations

On Saturday JR's dance group had the honour of performing in our town centre market place as part of the St. George's Day celebrations. I was such a proud mum when he walked out into the performance area with all his friends from dance, they performed their 'Hillbilly Rock' routine. Which you can watch here.

I am such a very proud mummy it's hard to put into words how I feel, except to say I cried!
He was excited as well as you can see in the final photo he finally got his dance trousers with his name on like the bigger boys have!
